  • Insurance

    Automobile & Homeowners Insurance
    MetLife provides KPMG employees with the opportunity to purchase automobile and homeowners insurance on a discounted basis through its METPAY program.

    Life Insurance
    KPMG provides employees with term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Supplemental and spouse life insurance is available as well.

    Long Term Care Insurance
    To help offset the cost of long-term healthcare, KPMG makes available Long Term Care Insurance offered by Prudential. This supplemental insurance program can provide benefits for custodial care that most medical or disability plans do not cover.

  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

    This account enables employees to set aside pretax dollars to cover baby-sitters, day camps, nursery schools and attendants.

  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account

    The Health Care Flexible Spending Account enables enrolled employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for certain medical expenses for themselves and or eligible dependents. Enrolled employees may set aside up to $5,000 in pre-tax dollars in a calendar year.

  • Mortgage Assistance Program

    The Mortgage Assistance Program offers a variety of fixed and adjustable rate mortgage loans and a speedy loan approval process.

  • HomeBenefits@Work Program

    HomeBenefits@Work provides the services an employee may need when planning to buy, sell or finance a home or move household goods in. KPMG employees and their family members can benefit from discounts and savings, along with professional home buying and selling guidance, mortgage counseling and move planning assistance.

  • Hyatt Legal Plan

    This benefit was established to provide personal legal services for employees, their spouses, and dependent children. The services are provided through a panel of participating law firms.
