The great thing about being mentored is you learn very quickly the value of mentoring yourself. And part of, I think for most professionals at KPMG, something that we do as we grow in our careers is work with those ... work with our teammembers. And it's very rewarding to have the privilege of being someone else's mentor, and helping them get through some of the same experiences that I've had to go through. And walking them through that and counseling them, and letting them know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. That's rewarding beyond words.
