I have an active interest in diversity issues which sees me serving on KPMG's Women's Advisory Board as well as being the Executive Sponsor for KPMG's Network of Women in Atlanta. For several years now I have been promoting the mentoring, development and advancement of women, which has helped to enrich the experience for women at KPMG. All these initiatives take me to many KPMG offices within the U.S.
