Summer leadership programs
Each summer, KPMG offers opportunities for students to develop their leadership skills and gain new perspective on public accounting through one of our summer leadership programs. These unique programs, offered at both the national and local levels, allow students to:
- explore career opportunities with KPMG,
- network with other student leaders and KPMG professionals; and
- get a head start on the campus recruiting process.
Fast Forward National Leadership Program
KPMG's Fast Forward National Leadership Program is an interactive leadership training program for students with two years remaining in their education and perusing a career in public accounting.
Discover KPMG
KPMG’s Discover program is a local leadership program that gives students a first-hand look at a career in audit, tax, or advisory services.
Future Diversity Leaders Program
KPMG's FDL program is a leadership development and scholarship program for qualified college students in business curriculums.
