First, be sure to get to know us. Be proactive in finding information about KPMG in the practice you choose. Strive to understand the nature of the practice and what qualities are necessary to be successful. The strongest candidates are often those who are actively seeking more exposure to an individual employer and effectively communicating their interest. Getting Started

Here are a few paths to get your career started in a big way:

  • Campus Interview — KPMG regularly visits college campuses around the country to meet new candidates for positions. This gives you an opportunity to meet us and see what we're all about. Be sure to work closely with your campus Career Services office. They are a good resource for you and can assist with resume and interview preparation. KPMG does most of their first-round interviews on campus through the Career Services office.
  • Information Sessions — Throughout the year, we host a number of informal gatherings, giving you the opportunity to network and meet current KPMG employees. You'll be able to find out firsthand what working for us is like. It's always a fun evening where everyone relaxes and just has a good time.
  • Contact Us — If you want to initiate the process yourself, feel free to contact the recruiter from the office of your choice listed in the directory.
