Risk Consulting
The Risk Consulting Group professionals provide clients with comprehensive and cohesive services to such needs as risk management compliance with regulation; managing major projects; conducting investigations, and contract compliance. The group includes Accounting Advisory Services; Financial Risk Management; Forensic; Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance; and portions of IT Advisory.
IT Attestation
As an IT Attestation professional, you will work with clients whose business processes and use of technology have external stakeholders. Our team delivers independent third party assessments that can provide comfort to clients and their business partners through seals and distributable reports such as SysTrust and SAS70.
IT Internal Audit
KPMG's IT Internal Audit professionals can help clients align their IT Internal Audit capabilities with the strategic and tactical objectives of their organizations. As a member of the IT Internal Audit team you'll leverage the firm's strong industry, IT control and technology focus and experience; deploying leading methodologies and tools; applying our objectivity; using a balanced approach to growth and risk; utilizing our comprehensive global breadth and local knowledge; and calling upon our deep understanding of relevant business, financial, and regulatory inter-dependencies.
Information Protection and Business Resilience
Keeping proprietary information safe is critical in today's business world. As an Information Protection and Business Resilience professional, you'll assist clients in developing processes to protect information assets. We incorporate a full life-cycle approach, which includes assessment, architecture, implementation, and monitoring services to help clients protect information.
Strategic Sourcing
Our Strategic Sourcing professionals assist organizations that are seeking to improve internal audit quality and oversight, increase value while optimizing costs, enhance risk and controls management, and focus on core competencies. We provide the ability to tap into specific skills sets, industry knowledge, and global resources on an "as needed" basis.
Enterprise Risk Management
As an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Services professional, you'll help provide predictive capabilities so that clients can react to risks and respond in a manner that enhances business value and performance. Our industry-specific ERM capabilities apply to a broad set of financial and non-financial sectors, and include: enterprise risk assessments; an evaluation of the current state of risk management practices; the development of practical road maps to help clients achieve the desired risk management end-state; knowledge transfer; and training.
Governance, Regulatory, and Compliance Services
Governance, Regulatory, and Compliance Services leverage industry knowledge and regulatory capabilities to assist regulators, boards, and management in evaluating an entity's compliance with applicable rules and regulations. As a GRC professional, you'll assist clients with the development of compliance programs, processes, and controls to facilitate sound corporate governance.
Contract Compliance Services
As a Contract Compliance Services professional, you'll help clients across a wide range of industries in identifying and recovering lost revenues and reducing costs in areas such as royalties, licensing, distribution agreements, conditional pricing arrangements, intellectual property protection, and more. We understand the complexities and nuances of a variety of business contracts, licensing agreements, and reporting processes and procedures. Our professionals have helped companies recover significant revenues misstated in self-reporting arrangements while maintaining and improving their relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
Sustainability
Do you believe the incorporation of environmental, social, ethical, and economic issues in business strategy is essential for achieving sustained business performance and maintaining stakeholder confidence? As a Sustainability professional, you'll work to better understand, control, measure, and help clients improve their business performance in the area of corporate responsibility.
Regulatory Risk

Actuarial Services
As an Actuarial Services professional, you will help companies identify, measure, and manage their insurable interests. Clients include insurance and reinsurance operations, as well as corporate and governmental entities that choose to retain some or all of their insurable interests, including life, property and casualty, and health risks.
Credit Risk
KPMG's Credit Risk professionals provide clients with a full range of wholesale and consumer credit risk management and operational improvement services. You will assist organizations in the alignment of their credit risk methodologies, processes, and tools with leading risk practices; we also advise clients on active management of consumer and institutional credit exposures, and advise on other process improvement opportunities in the credit risk area.
Market Risk
KPMG's Market Risk professionals deliver risk management services that can help organizations manage a broad array of market exposures, increase operational efficiency, improve organizational processes, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work alongside team members possesses extensive trading, hedging, treasury, capital markets, and risk management experience; and they are supported by our internal valuation and risk measurement professionals who add critical quantitative and modeling skills to each engagement.

Compliance and Monitoring

Forensic Technology

As one of our Investigations professionals, you will assist legal counsel, audit committees, boards of directors, and companies in gaining a clear understanding of the facts necessary to determine whether there has been fraud, accounting irregularities, or other improprieties affecting the integrity of an organization's financial reporting system.
Dispute Advisory Services
Do you have wisdom and experience to bring to our litigation support services? Our Dispute Advisory Services professionals help clients with the resolution of accounting, audit and finance-related issues, as well as the prevention and resolution of commercial disputes involving assessment of quantum of damages.
Fraud Integrity and Regulatory Risk Management
As a member of our Fraud Integrity and Regulatory Risk Management Services team, you'll help clients prevent, detect, and respond appropriately to risks of fraud and misconduct. International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
As business become more global, regulators are looking converge accounting standards. Our professionals assist on converting financial statements from local country accounting standards to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or other accounting standards. As a member of our team, you'll help design and implement proper accounting and reporting policies, prepare SEC or other regulatory filings, assess financial reporting system and process impacts, coordinate legal entity financial reporting, provide technical training to your personnel, and manage the conversion project.
IBM case study
The introduction of Sarbanes-Oxley led to an opening to build a global Transaction Services relationship with IBM. We were initially asked to showcase our talent on a relatively small deal but we are now IBM's preferred provider of due diligence services globally.
