IT Strategy and Performance team members help businesses plan and execute technology initiatives to lower costs and support business growth, while helping them strengthen the connection between IT and the business functions it's intended to support.

ERP Advisory and Transformation

Technology has the potential to not merely support, but also to transform, a business. Working to improve an organization's ERP system. KPMG ERP professionals help companies simplify processes, standardize systems, and sustain compliance, while improving performance and realizing value.

Business Intelligence

As a KPMG professional, you will assist clients by helping them drive the right business intelligence capabilities. You will help them focus on the insights and decisions that can drive performance, while providing the governance and data management processes and infrastructure to cost-effectively maintain information accuracy, timeliness, and security.

People and Change

Businesses in every industry often find they need new organizational models, people who can lead and contribute within those models, and guidance and support in making the transition to new ways of doing business. As a member of the People and Change team, you can help businesses embrace change and strengthen performance through proactive approaches to improving the organization and its people. We assist across the spectrum of strategy, personnel development, and ongoing human capital management.

Sourcing and Global Service Delivery

Outsourcing has become routine today. Unfortunately for some businesses, so has disappointment with the service and results it provides. KPMG sourcing professionals help businesses assemble the solutions and resources, both internal and external, to create an Extended Global Enterprise. We work with them to define requirements, identify an appropriate network of vendors, and establish relationships that support their specific needs, while managing and mitigating the risks inherent in an outsourcing relationship.
